Simplifying Nourishment

This 3-week group meets weekly on Tuesdays—May 5, May 12, and May 19—from 6:30–7:30 PM.
Session 1
Emily will introduce a thoughtful approach to meal planning and explore how it can best support your life. Together, you’ll identify common barriers, clarify personal goals, and review her nutrition philosophy, along with simple, flexible ways to structure meals and snacks.
Session 2
You’ll begin building your own personalized “menu” of go-to meals. The group will explore different approaches to weekly planning and discuss practical, efficient strategies for grocery shopping.
Session 3
This session focuses on reflection and refinement. You’ll assess what’s working, identify opportunities for adjustment, and develop strategies to support a more sustainable, ongoing meal planning rhythm.
