Somatic Group Therapy

Elle’s Somatic Therapy program operates from the belief that tending to the mind-body connection is essential for overcoming stressors in life.

Somatic Group Therapy (evening session) runs on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month from 6-7pm.

Somatic Group Therapy (afternoon session) runs the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month at noon.

Somatic Group Therapy (Saturday session) runs on the 1st Saturday of every month from 11am-noon.

*Must be 18+ years old to participate.
