MindBody Therapy

The body is oftentimes an untapped resource for coping with mental health concerns. Elle’s MindBody Therapy program operates from the belief that tending to the mind-body connection is essential for overcoming stressors in life. 
MindBody Therapy is nervous system centered, and skills-based for symptom reduction and resolution from a number of common mental health concerns. Each session utilizes a blend of body based practices, traditional talk therapy, and take-home exercises to cultivate calm. This program will investigate the ways in which your daily behavior and decisions either support or detract from a balanced way of life. 
MBT is facilitated by Kristen, a graduate student achieving a Master’s of Science in Counseling with a Somatic (body-focused) Emphasis. She will help you learn a number of coping strategies for both mind and body. As Kristen pursues her practicum & internship requirements over the course of 2024, this program is available for a studio fee of $35 per session.
