What insurance plans are you in network with?
Our therapists are in network with Anthem BCBS, Anthem Medicaid, Cigna (Evernorth Behavioral Health), UnitedHealthcare/UMR, All Savers, Medica, Health Payment Systems, and Aetna.
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to work with us using our self-pay option. Individual therapy is $175 for the initial intake session and $150 for each follow-up session.
What will my sessions cost if I use insurance?
Your cost will depend on your individual insurance plan and mental health benefits. Before your first session, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your mental health benefits, including your deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance.

I have a deductible. What will my sessions cost?
After each session, Elle Studio + Wellness will submit a claim to your insurance company. Claims typically take 1–6 weeks to process.
If you have a deductible, your insurance company determines the contracted rate you are responsible for paying. Depending on your insurance plan, this rate typically ranges from $110–$150 per session.
When will I be charged for my balance?
Elle Studio + Wellness requires a valid credit/debit/HSA/FSA card to remain on file. Clients are automatically enrolled in our monthly Auto Draft Program.
On the 15th of each month, or the next business day, your card on file will be charged for any outstanding balance that has accrued since the previous month.
I have Medicaid/BadgerCare. Can I use my insurance at Elle Studio + Wellness?
We currently accept Anthem Medicaid. If your Medicaid coverage is through another HMO or you have straight BadgerCare, we are unfortunately unable to provide services to you, including on a self-pay basis. Medicaid regulations do not allow us to enter into a separate self-pay agreement with Medicaid members for covered services.
To use Medicaid benefits with our providers, your Medicaid coverage must be through Anthem. You can learn more about your BadgerCare Plus HMO options here.

Self-Pay Pricing
Individual therapy begins with an initial intake session for $175. Follow-up individual therapy sessions are $150.
For couples and families, the initial evaluation is $200, and follow-up sessions are $175.
Policies & Procedures
Elle Studio + Wellness requires a valid credit/debit/HSA/FSA card to remain on file. If your card is declined during Auto Draft, you will have 7 days to resolve the outstanding balance before therapy services are paused. Outstanding balances may include copays, deductible amounts, self pay session fees, and/or cancellation fees. If you need your Auto Draft payment to be processed on a different date of the month, simply let us know, and we will be happy to set that up for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee.
If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel after your scheduled appointment start time, you will be charged a $125 no-show fee.
Cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file and are not billable to insurance.
