Join our weight-inclusive community and gain support in affirming acceptance of your body—for all it does for you. This group brings together a diverse range of individuals who share a common goal: working toward greater body acceptance and appreciation.
The Body Acceptance Group is intentionally designed for people of all body sizes and genders. It offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to heal, learn, and grow together. Through open discussion, reflection, and skill-building, participants will explore a wide range of topics related to body image, chronic dieting, and the emotional impact of living in a weight-focused culture.
Together, we’ll practice coping skills, challenge harmful narratives around bodies and food, and build a more respectful and trusting relationship with our bodies—at our own pace and in community.
This group meets once monthly on the 1st Tuesday of every month and is led by our psychotherapist, Megan Jansma, who brings a supportive, affirming, and inclusive approach to the work.
