See Sam’s blogsWho inspires me:
I am inspired by people who have the courage to embrace their authentic selves, challenge societal expectations, and show themselves compassion through life’s ups and downs. Their willingness to live wholeheartedly, honor their unique journeys, and stay true to who they are reminds me of the power of self-acceptance and resilience. These qualities inspire both my personal growth and the way I support others in building a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)
In progress:

Specialty:
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I specialize in supporting adolescents (ages 12+) and adults recovering from eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting. I understand how these experiences can create a challenging and often painful relationship with food, and I am passionate about helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies and nourish themselves with confidence. I also have a special interest in sports nutrition, helping athletes balance performance goals with adequate fueling to support both physical health and a positive relationship with food.
Approach:
I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a collaborative, individualized approach to care. Together, we set realistic and attainable goals that support lasting change and growth throughout the recovery journey. Grounded in a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) framework, I incorporate mindfulness and intuitive eating principles to provide compassionate nutrition education and empower clients to cultivate a more peaceful, flexible, and nourishing relationship with food.
