May 6th Session 3: Cultivating appropriate self-care practices
What I wish I knew when I was starting out as a therapist – Kim shares and invites others to share their professional wisdoms. And explore the 5 pillars of wellness – crucial for maintaining longevity in the field.
In order to cultivate greater safety and connection within the group dynamic, this will be a closed group that requires a three session commitment. Attendance is expected for each session. All groups are on a Monday evening from 7-8 PM.
