Somatic Group Therapy offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find relief from the demands of everyday life.
When we live in a chronic state of stress, our nervous system can become stuck in patterns of tension, vigilance, or overwhelm. Over time, it may become more difficult to feel grounded, present, and connected to ourselves and those around us.
This group integrates restorative yoga with somatic psychotherapy to support your body’s natural capacity for regulation, resilience, and healing. Each session includes a thoughtfully guided sequence of restorative postures designed to cultivate physical ease, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection to your internal experience.
Throughout the practice, gentle breathwork, mindfulness, and guided reflection help participants notice sensations with curiosity, release accumulated tension, and strengthen the mind-body connection.
Somatic Group Therapy takes place on the floor using yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows. No prior yoga experience is necessary—only a willingness to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with compassion.
