Who inspires me:
The people who inspire me most aren’t famous or widely known. They are everyday people doing hard, meaningful things—questioning systems, standing up for equity, interrupting cycles of trauma, living authentically, and choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable. Their resilience, courage, and integrity continually motivate me to keep learning, evolving, and contributing to a more just and compassionate world.

Credentials:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Specialty:
As a seasoned therapist and social worker, I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, women’s health concerns, and the many transitions that come with life and aging. Informed by my own lived experience with ADHD and anxiety, I help clients better understand and harness their neurodivergent strengths so they can move through the world with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I also bring deep experience supporting individuals facing caregiver burnout, including parents of children with medical complexity or special needs, as well as those caring for aging parents.
Approach:
I believe therapy should reflect the uniqueness of each person—their communication style, lived experience, and personal goals. My work is client-centered and grounded in humanistic modalities, with an emphasis on collaboration, authenticity, gentle accountability when it’s helpful, and a touch of humor. We’ll check in regularly to make sure your needs are being met and that you feel supported, empowered, and aligned as you move forward on your journey.
