I’m inspired by those who feel the fear and do it anyway. By the ones who may not seem outwardly courageous, but end up tapping into an inner strength they didn’t know they had. I’m also inspired by those who are willing to make waves to do what is right for themselves and others.

Credentials:
Licensed Professional Counselor
Specialty:
I specialize in working with adults of all genders who have found that anxiety has interfered with their life in some way. Sometimes this shows up during major life transitions such as a new relationship, a big move, or during the perinatal period (conceiving/pregnancy/postpartum). This might also be longer lasting for some in the form of OCD, specific phobias, unwanted intrusive thoughts, or social anxiety. I am also very passionate about helping those who have experienced traumatic births of their children.
Approach:
My approach to therapy always starts with the relationship first, is trauma-informed, and is tailored to your individual needs. Based on your treatment goals, we will then pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), or brainspotting. My hope is to help you change your relationship with anxiety so you can live a more fulfilling life.
