Who inspires me:
The people who inspire me most are those who choose to write their own story rather than letting the past hurt or others’ mistakes define them. They’re the ones who commit to real healing and, in doing so, break cycles of intergenerational trauma. These are the people who bring more love and hope into the world. They are strong individuals and that strength is enduring to all that see it. I truly believe anyone can become this person and inspire others as well.

Credentials:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Specialty:
I work with adolescents (ages 6 and up) as well as adults of any/all genders. I specialize in helping individuals who are currently experiencing symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, BPD, substance use, and overall emotional regulation.
Approach:
My approach centers on the belief that therapy is for healing the mind along with the body; attuning to all the emotions, experiences, and beliefs stored inside us. Holistic healing is reforming the lost connection between the mind and body. I draw from a range of traditional and holistic treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Interventions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also prioritize education so that my clients feel informed and empowered by understanding what is happening within themselves. No matter the modality, you can expect sessions infused with authenticity, humor, and moments of laughter. All within a safe, validating, and collaborative environment.
